Sodium and chloride are set to your Level, and dextrose (glucose) carries them in. Level 3 mix holds 900 mg of sodium per liter, Level 4 holds 1,200 and Level 5 holds 1,500. The flavor is the same at every Level.

Only sodium changes between Levels. Calories, carbohydrate and the vitamin and mineral blend are the same at every Level.

One scoop per 14 oz of water
Mix 1 level scoop (56g) in every 14 oz of water. For a frozen slushy, mix 10 scoops into every gallon of slushy blend, or a full bag into two gallons.
Drink it before, during and after training and competition. Your sweat test report sets how much to drink per hour, based on the sweat rate measured in your session.
Why match the mix to your sweat
Sodium loss varies a lot from one athlete to the next. How salty your sweat runs sets your Level. Your sweat rate, driven by heat and intensity, sets how much you drink.
A typical sports drink carries about 80 to 450 mg of sodium per liter. LEVELEN mixes carry 900, 1,200 or 1,500 mg per liter. Below Level 3, a standard sports drink likely covers you.
